Can we bring an extra person and use a folding bed?

How will I get the keys to my cottage?
We will meet you at the property on arrival to handover keys. Alternatively, if your arrival is late or delayed – we have a key safe and we will give you details when we speak before arrival.
Does the Cottage and the Stables have Wi-Fi?
Yes, super fast fibre broadband internet access is provided by BT. This is free of charge for guests.
Can I bring a pet?
We do welcome dogs at the Stables please contact us for information. No pets can stay at the Cottage so we can preserve its allergy free status. However we do know of local dog sitters and dog boarding hotels and catteries and can send you some information.
When are short breaks available?
Short breaks available throughout the year. Just call or email – we welcome your enquiry at any time of the year.
Do you supply cots and high chairs?
We can supply travel cots suitable for children up to 24 months old, highchairs and stair gates, all free of charge.
Are the Cottage and the Stables accessible for people with disabilities or limited mobility?

What time do we need to leave?
Please leave no later than 10 am on your departure date. We really do need to start work straight away and our housekeepers will let themselves into the cottage at 10 am promptly. If you do require extra time speak to us as if we can accommodate flexibility we will always try to do so.
What time can we arrive?
You can arrive for your holiday from 4pm. If you get here earlier than this, you won’t be able to access the cottage as our housekeepers need all the time between changeovers to make it perfect for your arrival. However if you do want to arrive earlier it is always worth asking us as we try and be flexible wherever possible.
